Museum Totem Pole - 07/05/2005
This Tlingit Indian Totem Pole was carved
by Nathan Jackson of Alaska for the American Festival of 1985 and erected by
the Greater London Council. It was unveiled on 29th june 1985 by Her Majesty's
lord Lieutenant of Greater London THE BARONESS PHILLIPS. Donated to the
Horniman Museum by American Express . (Plaque on base of Totem Pole)
