Forest Hill
serving the community of london se23

Background

Forest Hill, online since 2000, was home to the Rotary Club of Forest Hill & Sydenham for many years. The club is planning to disband on June 30. The website will continue as a community resource. We have been consulting with local people about Forest Hill's online presence and are grateful for their co-operation and assistance.

The first step during April was to set up the new community website framework. In May we built up the content and went public on Forest Hill Day June 12th.

Current content is 92 pages.

The initial site that you see was built in co-operation and in partnership with the Forest Hill Traders Association, SE23.COM & the Sydenham Town website.

"I used to live in Forest Hill, but emigtated to Australia in 1969. I lived in Ewart Rd and went to both the primary school, and Dacres Rd Comprehensive. I found this site by chance and now its listed as one of my fravourites. Good luck with and I will be logging on at every chance."
