ForestHill.org.uk has been online since 2000 and was home to the Rotary Club of Forest Hill & Sydenham for many years. However, the club disbanded in 2005 and the site has now been revamped. We have been consulting with local people about Forest Hill’s online presence and are grateful for their co-operation and assistance. The website will continue as a community resource, run by volunteers at Forest Hill Society, keen to improve their town centre.
Do you live or work in or around Forest Hill? Would you like to help in building a real, useful & enjoyable community site to put Forest Hill online? Do you have an event you want publicised? Then do leave us a message below or email Forest Hill Society- now!
The fh space is on Havelock Walk SE23 and offers classes on most evenings, some mornings and weekends in yoga, tai chi, feldenkrais and pilates. The space is also available to hire for rehearsals and workshops.
Is it possible that we can let people know what’s going on and when through this site?
Thanks. Sarah
Yes – a diary/calendar is next on the list. I would like a shared one so you only have to update once and it shows on other se23 sites too.
Come back next week to see progress.
Secrets from the long Grass opened last week at the Jack StudioTheatre http://www.brockleyjack.co.uk

Who are you? and what is your involvement here. Are you the town centre manager by anyt chance?
Thanks
Sharon
Nope – nothing to do with the Council or any public body. The aim is to be a truly independent resource for SE23. But that depends on other people, not me. I am merely a facilitator. The people who run the FH Society know me, the councillors know me, the SE23.COM administrator knows me. We all try to co-operate as best we can.
But I don’t want to be a public face as I live and work in SE26 so should not really qualify. But if you really want to know who I am and want to help then I would be delighted to meet and discuss.
My office number is 020 7043 6866.
Hi,
